Douglas spent 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry with 10 of those with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, based in West Palm Beach, FL. Upon leaving Pfizer, Douglas joined the Kroger Company, based out of their corporate office in Cincinnati, OH and spent 10 years in human resources. His most recent role at Kroger was spent developing Leadership Development Training and Corporate Culture. His training programs affected the knowledge, skills and abilities of Kroger’s 450,000 associates.

Douglas is a certified Human Resources Professional by the Society of Human Resources Management and has been a standing member since 2011. Douglas lives in Atlanta, GA with his partner Dann.
