Dustin has held executive leadership roles with Fortune 500 and Private Equity Backed Companies. His experience includes enterprises undertaking rapid transformational growth. Most recently Dustin served as both Chief Operations and Financial Officer for P3, a mid-market manufacturer in the digital production, design and fabrication space. He has led and closed deals up to $4.0 billion in enterprise value, managed balance sheet risk of $15 billion and managed as part of a team EBITDA in excess of $1.0 billion. He serves on the Board of Trustees for two Atlanta based foundations.

Dustin is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds both the CFA Charter and CPA Designations. Dustin lives in Atlanta with his wife Natalie and two boys.
