Neil Lansing serves as Mountain Express Oil Company’s Chief Legal Counsel and oversees the legal department. He is responsible for managing and overseeing all legal matters and transactions for the company including contract review, litigation management, mergers and acquisitions and corporate compliance. In addition, Neil works with other departments such as human resources, operations and finance to help enhance the company’s culture, values and collaboration with its executive leadership and team members.

Neil is an experienced corporate, real estate and transactional attorney with a diverse background developed over 30 years representing public and private entities and individuals at large law firms and as an executive as well as in-house counsel. As such, Neil is very experienced in the legal as well as operational and transaction side of business operations. Neil earned his MBA from Georgia State University and graduated cum laude from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law where he was the editor of the Mercer Law Review’s 11th Circuit Survey and has co-authored articles on securities and business associations. Neil is a member of both the State Bars of Georgia and California.
